We currently have a vacancy for:

• An accredited criminal solicitor

  • We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced criminal solicitor to join our team. Client care, ability to think analytically and in a focused manner, and to maintain a high level of case management are key requirements.

    The role involves the representation of a wide variety of clients at the Police Station and, depending upon the circumstances, thereafter in criminal and sometimes disciplinary and other associated proceedings. You would be expected to be involved in case preparation with clients and counsel and on occasions to attend hearings. The practice also represents clients in not only Crown Courts and Magistrates' Courts but also in extraditions, judicial reviews, and before Coroner's Courts.

    There is a rota for out of hours work between staff.

    Salary dependent on experience.
